Daniel's Corporation, having failed to get enough buyers to continue with the development of the Condominium in the Creekpath woodlot, are asking the Council for re-zoning of the area to now build 64 townhouses.

The public meeting at the council is Wednesday 25th, at Oakville Town Hall, 7:00 pm, but to confuse everyone, the council planning meeting is on Monday 23rd at 7:00pm in the Council Chambers.

Construction commenced on a 2.4 metre wide asphalt paved, multi-use pathway along the PetroCan pipeline right-of-way, running from Rebecca Street in the north and joining the Shell Park roadway south of the community gardens and by Sheldon Creek, with another arm running parallel to the creek towards Lakeshore.
